Join / Renew

Regular members. Marines who are serving, or who served honorably, in the U.S. Marine Corps or Marine Corps Reserve. Also U.S. Navy FMF personnel (corpsmen and chaplains) who served with Marine units and meet the Marine Corps League's FMF requirements.

Associate members. Supporters who don't qualify as regular members, including veterans of other services and civilians, can join as associate members and take part in our activities.

What you'll need:

• A completed Marine Corps League membership application. Download National's form (Membership Application (PDF)): https://www.mcleaguelibrary.org/wp-content/uploads/2025/11/Application-Form-2025.pdf 

• Hand the completed form to an officer or mail it to the PO Box. Never email it, and never upload it to a public site.

• For regular membership: proof of honorable service (DD-214) or a current military ID

• Dues: $45 to join ($35 if you join March 1 to June 30); $40 to renew. Pay online through Zeffy.

• Life Membership: available to members whose annual dues are paid and who are in good standing. Life tiers are listed on the dues form. (MCL National Administrative Procedures, Sec. 7050)

• Full refund if we can't confirm your eligibility or your application isn't approved. (MCL National Administrative Procedures, Sec. 7020e)
